Pressure Washing Services in Central Florida

Our professionals can take care of driveways, sidewalks, entryways, pool decks, and more using state-of-the-art equipment and professional pressure washing systems with hot water that will leave any surface looking like new again.

Why is Pressure Washing Important?

The constant use of driveways, sidewalks and any other flat surface can lead them to become very dirty and full of stains, dirt, algae, and grime. With proper care of the surfaces, you can avoid problems such as permanent staining, not complying with the H.O.A, decreasing the value of your property, or simply not being safe to walk on. Doing a regular pressure cleaning can help maintain the longevity of your property surroundings.

Hiring a Professional Pressure Washing Company

Pressure washing can seem like an easy task you can tackle all by yourself. However, it’s much more than just shooting water at high pressure. Without the right equipment, this “easy” task wouldn’t be as easy anymore. Not having the proper training can also lead to damaging any surface by using the wrong methods. Our Orlando pressure washing skilled technicians are trained to know exactly what technique to use to properly clean any surface and can remove even the toughest stains like oil, mold, rust, algae, and much more!

The Pressure Washing Process

At Pressure Washing Connections®, we make your pressure washing experience easy and stress-free from start to finish.

1. Initial Inspection

Prior to starting the job, we’ll inspect the surfaces for any pre-existing damage or other visually identifiable issues. We document the entire area with pictures clearly identifying any problems or issues.

2. Clearing the Surroundings

We clear out and/or cover everything possible around the area that will be pressure washed to avoid any kind of damage from loose debris, high pressure, etc. This includes plants, exterior furniture, decorations, and more.

3. Readying the Equipment

We start preparing all the equipment we need for the pressure washing: hooking up to the water supply, grabbing surface pressure cleaner, and water pressure gun, laying out hoses, starting the cleaning solution mixer, etc.

4. Preparing the Surface

We apply our proprietary cleaning solution to loosen stains, grime, algae on the entire concrete allowing us to pressure wash it away. Our state-of-the-art equipment has a built-in tool that allows us to do this quicker and more efficiently. We let it stand for 10 minutes to allow the mixture to work its way through the whole surface.

5. Cleaning the Surface

Once the surface is thoroughly prepared, we fire up the pressure washer and start cleaning the concrete. We use high-pressure hot water to fully get rid of the stains, grime, algae, and more. You’ll see the difference immediately!

6. Rinsing and Final Touches

After the entire area is cleaned, and the stains are mostly or entirely gone, we rinse away all of the dirt, algae, chemical mixture, or anything left behind. During the process, we give the final touches by cleaning any stubborn stains or grime that might’ve been harder to get rid of. Any loose environmental debris will be blown off. The debris will be blended in with the existing landscaping or bagged and disposed of if necessary.
